Allow WC to run under 16 and 24 bit colour planned

I'd really like to be able to take quick screenshots on my Windows server, but it only uses 16 bit colour when connected using Remote Desktop, so I can't run WindowClippings! :-(

Use minimal color depth when saving PNG images

At the moment WC always creates a 32-bit PNG when I save images, even if the thing I selected is fully opaque and only has a couple of colours.

You could reduce the file size by not saving an alpha channel when one isn't needed, and using indexed color PNGs when there are 256 or fewer colors.

I've got some simple and fast C++ code for doing this if you need it. (Assuming you use libpng to save the images.)

Provide a way to repeat the last capture

Often I need to repeat the capture of an area. This can be tricky if it was an manually selected area of a window, so a function to repeat a capture of the previously selected screen area would be nice.
